The Architectural Control Committee, or ACC, is responsible for maintaining a consistent appearance based on the original developer's vision of Countryside at Tuscan Ridge. The ACC has authority to approve or disapprove any exterior change or addition that may alter the general appearance of a property. The ACC is bound by certain requirements in the Declaration section of the Countryside Governing Documents. The ACC application form below is posted here for downloading. This form should be filled in completely and submitted to the ACC in advance of any planned changes, additions, improvements, or alterations of existing Countryside properties.
