Please submit one cheque in the amount of $538, which includes the 2012 Master Association Annual Assessment of $203.

It is extremely important to write your Tuscan Ridge street & house number code on your cheque.

Example > If your Countryside address is 888 Moscato Drive, your code is: M888

(the "M" represents Moscato). ("B" or "D" represent Barbera or Dolcetto respectively).

2011 Countryside HOA Annual Assessment

The 2011 CHOA Annual Assessment has been set at $305

A proper statement has just been sent dated 5 May 2011.  Copies of this statement are available directly below in both PDF and JPG format.

Assessments will be considered late if received after 15 June 2011.

Please submit one cheque in the amount of $490, which includes the 2011 Master Association Annual Assessment of $185.

2011 CHOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

The 2011 Annual Assessment for Countryside at Tuscan Ridge HOA will be set 23 March 2011 at a Board Meeting called for that purpose and for other specified business.  The notice letter for this meeting is posted below and a copy in PDF form is available for download above.

2010 CHOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENT


The  Annual Assessment for 2010 has been set at $278 . This is just below the maximum 10% that the Board is permitted to increase it annually. 

Payment must be made by 28th February.  Payments received late may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month.

Annual Assessments remaining unpaid 45 days after the final due date of 28th February 2010 may become a Lien against the corresponding Countryside property.
