Bio of the Nominee selected by the 2010 Nominating Committee
Robert Leslie Bio ~
I purchased two homes at Tuscan Ridge in 2005 and 2007 respectively. One home is in Countryside and one is in The Village. My primary residence is still in New Hampshire, although Tuscan Ridge has been my home since June of 2005 and will be my primary residence ASAP.
I am retired from serving 20 years as educator and curator at a New England private boarding school. My wife is still serving as executive assistant to the Rector (Headmaster) of this school.
If re-elected, I will strive to sustain the following positions and beliefs, as I have over the past year:
* I feel the Countryside HOA needs to serve and represent all Countryside owners equally; that Countryside owners have equal standing as Members of the CHOA, whether they are non-resident owners, resident owners, or whether they share ownership.
* I support non-resident participation on the CHOA Board of Directors.
* I am one of the creators of the new CHOA website, whereat owners can communicate directly with the CHOA Board, and with the expectation of receiving a respectful response within 48 hours.
* I am committed to seeing that the CHOA is run legally, efficiently, and respectfully.
* I am committed to seeing that Tuscan Ridge is restored to its original vision & appealing luster.
